Interestingly, this guy has a similar setup (although 7040 instead of AI 300) with the Mushkin RAM and had almost the same problem: [RESPONDED] Framework 13 DIY AMD won't wake from sleep on battery

Although he seemed to have resolved it with kernel upgrades.
