Framework 13 pre-build vs DIY

When placing a pre-built order for the framework 13 i have a few queries:

  1. warranty
The intel core ultra 7 supporting laptop gets a 3 year warranty but the AMD ryzen 7840U gets only a 1 year warranty?

  2. build-year
The intel core ultra 7 laptop is a 2024 build but the AMD ryzen 7840U laptop is a 2023 build: what’s the difference between the build years?

  3. Storage
In the pre-built versions (be it intel or AMD), I am not sure which 1TB SSD it is being shipped with coz in the DIY i am able to select either a WD_BLACK™ SN850X NVMe™- M.2 2280 - 1TB or the slower SN770 for the same or lower storage

  4. screen
Why is the prebuild only available with the older display - will it be possible for the prebuilt to be available with the newer, better 2.8K display?

  5. Throttling, heating, noisy fan
I read a lot of reviews out there saying the highest end intel supporting machine is much noisier (fan) and heats up and throttles compared to the top of the line AMD supporting machine : these reviews are from 2023 since there’s no 2024 AMD supporting machine but if this is true, does the intel core ultra 7 supporting machine this year resolve the noise/ heating and throttling issue? If not, when would the 2024 version of the AMD supporting framework 13 be available for pre-order?
