Good morning, I recently purchased a Framework 13 7840u and keep running into an issue with the laptop throttling itself when gaming and requires a restart to give me full power. The laptop acts like its in the Energy Saver Mode/Best Power Efficiency (fans stay really quiet and performance suffers; Additionally, HWiNFO says it is throttling due to thermal even though the GPU is around 54C) even though Energy Saver is off and the laptop is set to Best Performance (laptop is plugged in). Restarting seems to fix it but not always, what do yall think I should try to fix this?
I am using Windows 11 24H2, AMD driver bundle 2025-04-02, and BIOS 3.07
