1st. i snapped the main internal m.2 screw off for the 2280 ssd can still use the smaller 1120 ssd it may be possible to extract i never tried. If your going to use the m.2 expansion bay this wont be a issue. If you need to use the gpu bay you may be memory limited

2nd. I mainly used a egpu to play games on this laptop which i will include for free if wanted. It is a razer chroma x rgb. No gpu included

3rd the computer retail is around 2150
I built a new pc so i dont need this anymore the razer chroma is worth roughly 300 used

Hey there! When you say you snapped the main internal screw off, do you mean the head is missing and the length of the screw is still screwed in?

Yes you can’t screw the ssd down you may be able to get it fixed at a shop with proper tools

This should be a warranty issue, is it not? I think it snaps off because it was tightened too hard at the factory which weakened it, as others have reported. Why not get it repaired under warranty before selling it?
