I noticed a new firmware version was released a few days ago. Has anyone here flashed it yet? I have no reason to suspect a problem, but there was a recent bios update that seemed to brick some AMD FW13. I’d like to hear some positive reports before taking the plunge.
I’m currently running it. Machine appears to work fine (i3 1315U)
Only thing I’ve noticed so far is the fan appears to keep RPM when going to sleep rather than slowly ramping down like it used to. I’m gonna open a support ticket about it soon.
Just flashed it in the 2 step process. It was successful in both flashing steps. Was able to boot back into Windows (I never had BitLocker enabled) and then run the new driver package to ensure complete compatibility with the new bios version. I run a i5 13th gen board in my fw-12
