Hey, tbh i have been very disappointed with my support experience. I wrote back and forth with FW, did all kinds of tests and also suggested trying to swap the mainboard. I can tell u, as long as u are polite in ur mails they just dont care. Only after answering three times in a pissed off tone, the got me to escalation support. I dont like writing that way, but I found myself researching other laptops, because i was so frustrated.
