Are they interchangeable? I have a FW13, but some of the parts on the store (the adaptor specifically) are only available in the FW store in a version tagged as FW16. Can I still use it with FW13?
both chargers will work on either device, as they are both usb-c pd
however, using the 60w framework charger on the 16 will not be powerful enough to keep the 16 running off the charger (if you crank the performance to the max even the 180w charger can sometimes not be enough)
on the other side, using the 180w framework charger on the 13 will be more than enough to power it, however the 13 can only recieve a max of 100w usb-c pd. so it will work but you wont get the full 180w
don’t buy a 180w charger for a fw13 specifically, its not worth it for that, but if you have a 180w lying around, then itll be fine for charging the 13
if you want a more powerful charger for the 13 just find a usb-c pd charger that does 100w and thatll be the best choice for the 13
