Shipping to here was already slow… oh well hoping for just 2weeks delay then… Guess I have a little more time to figure out memory and storage
I was bumped from 17 to 16. Haven’t heard of being bumped down a batch though.
I’m actually a refugee from batch 17.
When I placed my pre-order, around January 29(?) The ‘configure’ page indicated I would be in batch 16, but on completion of the process, it said batch 17… And continued to for a few days. But several days later, I was in batch 16 again, and have been since.
Hey, you had the exact same experience I did!
- Ordered same day
- Batch 16 on the website
- Was told Batch 17 in the email
- Bumped up to Batch 16 a few days later

We were near the end of batch 16. The website may have been configured to manage our expectations?

I wonder how much server-load they experience when a new batch is expected to email

I’m really hopeful! Some of the Batch 15 people say they’ll get theirs by Wednesday. Maybe if I’m lucky I’ll get mine by the end of next week, when I (in the UK) have a long weekend to play with it!
