Help Audio and Backlight Manjaro Cinnamon

Has anyone been able to solve the following software issues on the Framework Laptop running manjaro cinnamon version of Linux?

  1. Function Keys are unable to control the laptop’s screen brightness

  2. Audio output via speakers and via bluetooth devices does not work because there are no recognized sound devices
