Hello everyone, I just received the beautiful new laptop and have been satisfied with the product so far. My main OS is Windows 10 and issues that I confronted just now are (1)I cannot adjust the brightness of the screen and (2)cannot project my screen. F7 to F9 keys don’t work for me and it seems like the problem is with the drivers. Did anyone have the same issue?
Hi Angela, just confirming, did you install the Framework Laptop Driver Bundle: How do I download drivers for my Framework Laptop?
@nrp Yes, I installed it right after installing Windows 10 education(which was free from my university webstore) as told on the guide. I was able to connect the internet and control sound after installing driver bundle which was a little confusing.
Do the other function keys like volume up/down and the airplane mode key work?
Yes, I haven’t tested f4 and 6 keys but f1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 11, 12 (volume, airplane mode, printscreen, Groove music?) all work.

I wonder why those two were missing from the original bundle. Should I reinstall the bundle again or individually install it? If the latter sound better, could you share some of the installation guide if you find one?
Happy holidays everyone,
I reinstalled the framework laptop driver bundle(2021_07_08 version) and it successfully installed both thunderbolt control and igfxn. I must have been too excited and got impatient when downloading the bundle. 
All f7,8,9 work well for me. I don’t know why but sometimes clicking any button while waiting helped updating the status of installation on the cmd, and had to be patient for bundle to install and restart it by ITSELF.
