I dual installed Zorin on my 2021 framework 13 with zero issues.
I am ordering a AMD Pro 13 and will only install Zorin.
Is there a specific Bios I need to install (or anything that needs to be installed) before installing
Zorin?

Probably not. What is Zorin based on? Most derivative distros are based on Debian or Arch and they will install on anything. Is Zorin well-established? If not, you can probably expect some fiddling.
Personally I recommend something a bit more mainstream, but it is great to experiment.
Zorin 18.1 is based on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS: Technical details - Zorin OS
