Here we are nearly 3 months later, now with my 7th mainboard (!!) and ~3hrs of software troubleshooting for drivers, BIOS, etc., I finally have a working computer again. And I have a new personal best for Cinebench R23 at 16299 points

… And now they want me to send it in a fourth time, this time to presumably resolve an issue with port 3 that I’ve observed since the very beginning, across multiple mainboards, multiple firmwares, and multiple Framework USB-A expansion cards, but only ever limited to one device on port 3 with Framework’s USB-A expansion card.
It works normally with a 3rd-party USB-C to USB-A adapter.
It matters to me because port 3 apparently has additional limitations not documented at https://knowledgebase.frame.work/en_us/expansion-card-slot-functionality-on-framework-laptop-16-amd-ryzen-7040-series-rkUjGm7cn
Feels like you’re part of an unpaid product test team with a device you’ve paid to own loan.
