This seems to have started after upgrading from Fedora 42 to Fedora 43. It does not matter which USB port or mouse. I have not tested wireless mouse as I do not own one. All the mice work find my my work machine (OSX-mac). I asked AI for some troubleshooting tips. It suggested the double click speed. but it does not help.

Any help here would be great. Its super frustrating to use my machine right now.

Thanks!

Well I just wiped my system to latest Bazzite

Bazzite 43. Kernel 6.17.7-ba20.fc43.x86_64

Same issues.

So its been about an hour. I have Corsair Keyboard and mouse. I was using ckb-next to control the backlights. I removed it and my issue has resolved. For anyone else having this weird issue its now documented here. I switched to OpenRGB to control the lights on my peripherals.
I think ckb-next is written for x11 and not wayland. Just weird I haven’t had issues until now.
