No update or response from support for Batch 4 Oct 27

Hi. I submitted tickets but haven’t heard back. I saw people get resposnes from the framework team on the forums, so I thought I’d try this.

I got the batch 4 email on Oct 27. Step 3 read:
“Sent when we capture the balance on your order. Our warehouse will prepare your pre-order for shipment within 1-3 business days after payment is complete.”

I haven’t been billed or received any update since. Could the team process my order?
