Option to disable C-states in BIOS (AMD)

Hello,

I would like to experiment with disabling the C-States on the AMD version because xen does not supports them and I suspect some side effects (PM, and touchpad IRQ wake up).

Could it be possible to add C-state support option in the BIOS ?
