Problem:
When changing Input Audio Devices all Input Audio Devices disappear. This happens with attached external Audio Devices, but can easily be reproduced with the built in Audio Devices simple by switching the Input Audio Device from Digital Microphone to Internal Stereo Microphone. After that no Output Device is there anymore and I need to reboot or restart pipewire to make them appear again.
Does your “Digital Microphone” work? Does your (analog) “Internal Stereo Microphone?” work? So far, I have trouble using the internal microphone (input audio) no matter which one I select, digital or analog.
I’m on Bluefin GTS, which is based on Fedora 41, so one Fedora release behind your Bluefin Stable. I posted my input audio issues at https://universal-blue.discourse.group/t/digital-microphone-stuck-in-suspended-state-on-fw-13-bluefin-gts/8415 I plan to update the posting but have not had time yet.
You are right. I do not get any sound out of any of the internal microphones. I did not notice it at first, because I always use a headset.
I was able to get both the analog and digital mic to work after the latest Bluefin GTS update from 5/25/2025. See my posting at

Both microphones work now and the disappearing of the output device is gone since installing blufine-dx:42.20250615.1. Gnome Input Device is still not showing in the quick settings.
