Hello, I hope this is not a duplication as I have searched for it through search engines and the forum, and did not find anything related to this topic.
My “password on power” keeps resetting in BIOS. The “Supervisor Password” stays active, so if I enter BIOS I have to enter it, but the password prompt does not show at the beginning of the boot. I have the feeling that this happens with every update through dnf, therefore, it might be standard behavior to have to enable it each time I run an update, but it might also be a bug. Some guidance on if this is normal behavior and how to possibly keep password on power enabled, without having to set it in BIOS (after each update), would be appreciated.
Thank you for your time.
