Framework 13 AMD running Manjaro Linux has been great. I set power settings to full speed while on AC, full energy saving on battery.
If I suspend the machine while it’s plugged in and remove the plug, when I resume working later stays in full power mode and the OS reports being plugged in but with power draining.
There must be a resume-from-suspend script that needs to check the actual power state. I haven’t found it (or looked for it) yet.
In other words, the machine resumes without responding to being unplugged. This is not too big a deal–I just have to remember to switch manually to power saving to keep the battery from draining fast. FWIW.
