I think it would be cool and useful if the marketplace had a feature where it would produce and ship out simple user made expansion cards. Will this be possible?

We want to make it easy for folks who develop their own Expansion Cards to be able to sell them in the Framework Marketplace. A service for one-off production would end up being much too expensive though, since both PCB assemblies and mechanical enclosures are cheaper to produce the larger the batch sizes are.

Fair enough, but maybe if there is an item with high demand, you can work with them to manufacture a batch.
