UPDATE: Do not use KDE Wayland on Debian! It’s still on version 5.27.5 and is considered experimental by the distro. However, when using X11 I don’t encounter this issue at all. Also, don’t switch to [deep] sleep and stay with [s2idle].
Also, when using the backported kernel, you’ll have to update your firmware with the backported versions. sudo apt install -t bookworm-backports firmware-linux firmware-iwlwifi firmware-mediatek
