Framework 13 sometimes does not wake from sleep

Laptop: Framework 13 (Intel Core Ultra Series 1)
OS: Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS (in its default configuration)
BIOS: Version 3.04
All other firmwares are also up to date.

I have having issues with wake from sleep/suspend on my Framework 13. Sometimes it immediately shuts off (or crashes?) when attempting to wake it up via keyboard or via power button/fingerprint sensor.
There is no log in dmesg about this behavior, presumably because the laptop immediately shuts off (or crashes) before Linux gets a chance to do anything.
However, I cannot reproduce this as it happens only sometimes (about every 5th attempt).
I am not closing the lid and power the laptop via a ugreen usb-c dock.
Unfortunately I have no other (e.g. TB4-based) dock available for testing and I cannot yet confirm if this behavior also exists without the dock as it happens very rarely.
I will keep trying to see whether this issue is related to any connected USB devices (e.g., the dock).

Is there this a known issue and does a workaround or fix exist? Or is there anything I can do to help diagnose the issue?

Turning off Bluetooth?

Maybe related: The LED where the charger is connected was blinking red and white, possibly because it was trying to keep the set charge to 60%? However, after attempting to wake from sleep while it was blinking, it crashed again. Any help is greatly appreciated!
