Return Shipping to Different Region

I live in Spain but travel a lot and due to my travel schedule it is very hard for me to receive a laptop in Spain. However, I will be visiting the USA where I want to purchase a DIY 13”.

My question is, if I purchase a DIY 13” in the USA can I return it to a valid European shipping region? In other words, buy it in the States and return it from Spain to a valid Framework European returns center. Will there be a return shipping fee?

I ordered my laptop from USA while I lived there, and successfully warrantied my main board in the UK since moving here.
