Is there a list of part numbers to specs published somewhere? I’ve got 2 screens from previous builds but I’m not sure what their specs are. Scanning the QR code takes me to the general install guide. Wondering if an authoritative list is available vs just googling numbers and hoping I find a match.

What part numbers are on your screens? Or you could post pictures of the back, if you don’t know what numbers are the models.
Off the top of my head, the notebookcheck.net reviews are one place to find display model numbers. They also give much more information than just a listing of specs will provide (in addition to the raw spec list).
BOE NE135A1M-NY1 is the 2.8K display.
