Thinking I won’t be getting my laptop this month as it “shipped” on Friday however it seems FedEx has yet to even pick it up from the warehouse .-.
@Luke_Graham From what I’ve seen and heard, it’s pretty common for shipping companies to forget to scan an item upon being picked up so it probably got picked up and will get scanned upon arriving to the first shipping port or whatever they’re called. I’ve called many times for USPS and FedEx to ask why my package hasn’t been picked up after 4-5 days and they’ve always responded that they probably forgot to scan it in.
I’m yet to see anything after the “your oder is shipping soon” email last thursday, with payment being taken that same day as well. I’m still waiting for my SSD to come from Samsung (lots of fuckery with a recent sale delaying orders and such), so I’m not too fussed if I have to wait longer for mine!

Same here. Sitting patiently. I hit up support and NRP said it was ‘going to be shipped early this week’.
@ajd @Reese_Borel Same boat as both of you. If support did say its going to be shipped early this week then maybe they should update the “your order is shipping soon” email so it does not say 1-2 days. Once you charge a card Its best to over communicate and not leave people wondering like this.
@ajd @Reese_Borel @dkc Also in the same boat. I’m assuming their warehouse operates at the standard 9-5 weekday schedule so we’ve still got a few hours to see if it ships today. Not gonna lie, I am gonna be a bit disappointed if it doesn’t ship by the end of today or tomorrow since I know technically it still shipped this month, but it’s definitely not gonna arrive this month.
It doesn’t quite build faith in a company but at least they’re getting the laptops out and will fix this issue down the road. The situation is okay for a startup company like Framework. Honestly, transparency about how Framework’s current operating like when batches are coming in, the percentage of the batch that’s estimated to be shipped in x amount of time, any problems in shipping or getting batches or just any news and updates about getting products to the customer would help a substantial amount. Even a few more blog posts here and there about their schedules and such would be all that’s needed.
Same here! I got my 1-2 day shipping email last Thursday. I just took it as 1-2 “business” days.
@Adam_Melancon @Reese_Borel @dkc same as all you guys. This sucks since I have to use a forwarder to get it to the APO where I’m at so it’ll be another 7 to 14 days on top of however long FedEx takes
Last comms was preparing to ship on the 22nd. Still waiting on payment. Have a support ticket in. Hopefully nothing is wrong….
Did any of you got a tracking number for the shipment? Because I didn’t and my framework should had ship last Friday. I don’t even know what carrier is shipping it…
I got a tracking number Friday. FedEx status shows they don’t have it yet. Idk how many of these things they’re pumping out of the warehouse but I’d guess it’s a lot for limited staff.
Given it’s almost 5pm on the east coast and mine still isn’t scanned in I’m going find something else to obsess over for a while. I’m going to need to rebuild my F5 key if I keep it up.
When did you got the tracking number? The same day your card as been charged or later on?
Got the charged email Thursday morning and the shipped email Friday evening.
Technically still a few days to ship in September. Mine hasn’t technically made it out the door either. At this point we can just hope that we aren’t as delayed as batch 2.
Whoo, looks like it’s gonna get picked up by FedEx tomorrow and get here possibly this weekend. Framework still shipped in the window that I’d say is acceptable. Fingers crossed everything goes well.

Looks like we are all in the same boat. Shipping soon email delivered on 2021-09-23T04:00:00Z in which we were charged and told 1-2 days. Even if it was bussiness days today, 2021-09-27T04:00:00Z, Would have been the cut off. Hopefully they are not having any serious issues and are just running a little behind.
