I gutted my Framework 13" to put into a standalone case as a server, so I have the shell/chassis/case available to sell. This is not a full laptop and would require purchasing various parts from Framework to build it out. Or you could scrap it for parts! Everything is in good condition with no scratches/blemishes.

If you’re willing, I’ll buy the display kit (screen and eDP cable) and bezel from you for $60 shipped. Would do more but if its not the issue I’m having with mine, then going through the being stuck with it or paying to ship it back to you is the cost worth for me vs buying it from framework.
Do you still have this? I’m interested in doing a lapdock build with a framework chassis. Do you know if plugging it in without a mainboard still charges the battery? The biggest hurdle afaik is battery management, it needs to be able to charge the battery, and use the battery to run the display, charge the connected phone, and potentially provide power for any peripherals
