Iām experiencing this issue; my shipment has been tied up. I tried contacting support but havenāt heard anything back. I donāt know how big the support backlog is, but hopefully it will get unstuck soon. Thanks!
Update: It cleared up and I got my laptop on time. Iām not sure if Framework did something to help ā they did reply later on confirming things were looking good at that point ā but in any case, it resolved and Iām now a quite happy Framework laptop owner!

Itās solved for the original poster, back in February 2023.
If your laptop is also stuck in customs, please donāt worry, itās usually resolved in a few days. if you donāt see any movement by thursday afternoon please let me know.

I wanted to share a frustrating shipping experience I had with FedEx. My international package took 4 days to clear customs, but now FedEx has an additional 3-day delay getting it from Anchorage, AK. The current delivery estimate is next Monday (5/13), making it a total of 6 days AFTER leaving customs!
FedEx claims there are flight delays due to thunderstorms. When I suggested ground shipping as a faster option, they said their express policy only allows air travel, even if itās significantly slower.
Iām sorry you have experienced Josh, that is a significant delay but there isnāt much we can do if itās caused by thunderstorms.
