I guess I have the same issue, FedEx website says it’s a “Clearance delay - Import” and has been in ANCHORAGE, AK since 2/2 “Clearance instructions from the importer are required.
Recommended action: Importer must provide instructions”

This has been resolved and the shipment has been released. If anyone is still having issues, or doesn’t see a shipping update by the end of day today, please contact Framework Support.

I’m experiencing this issue; my shipment has been tied up. I tried contacting support but haven’t heard anything back. I don’t know how big the support backlog is, but hopefully it will get unstuck soon. Thanks!
Update: It cleared up and I got my laptop on time. I’m not sure if Framework did something to help – they did reply later on confirming things were looking good at that point – but in any case, it resolved and I’m now a quite happy Framework laptop owner!
