US customs delay

Subject: Customs Delay - Framework Assistance Needed (Urgent)

Hello Framework community,

I’m facing an urgent customs issue with my laptop order. It’s been held by US Customs in Alaska for three days. FedEx informed me that the delay is due to a missing “anti-dumping commodity form” that needs to be submitted by Framework. They require Framework to contact the CPA (Centralized Processing Account) to resolve this hold.

Has anyone else encountered a similar situation? Can anyone from the Framework team advise on the best course of action? I’d greatly appreciate any guidance, as I urgently need my laptop.
