Hi, my framework 13 has a bunch of pixels that are stuck white so I went to purchase a replacement panel
This is a screenshot from the current store page for the framework 13. There are a few really odd things here.
The first is that the options are “Matte” and “2.8K”, but the 2.8K option is also matte. This makes it sound like you are being asked to choose between a matte panel and a high resolution panel when you are actually getting matte either way.
The second is that the description mentions the original glossy panel option, which is no longer available. It has not been available in a long time and has been completely removed from the store somewhat recently so I’m not sure why its even explained as you can’t buy it anyway.
The last is that the 2x refresh rate is not mentioned in the option name, which it probably should be since that’s an extremely major detail. Maybe the option names should be:
”Matte 2.3k@60hz”
”Matte 2.8k@120hz”
or maybe even remove the “Matte” because all the options are matte
