@Eagle This is getting ridiculous. The machine is again already forming a new crack around one of the corner screws.
I’ve gone through two replacements now. It was my own initiative to stall the second replacement for several months to be sure the issue is fixed. Support would have sent another replacement much earlier. They assured me this was indeed fixed and it will not happen again.
Can you please give us a clear answer? Is this fixed? And if so - when was that? How can I get a unit that is not defective?
