2 questions about updating the BIOS:
Do I need to manually download BIOS updates from the website or will Windows Update do it automatically?
Is it safe to jump BIOS versions, or would it be better to upgrade them one version up at a time?

It is an automatic installer, you open the EXE and the laptop will reboot and update,
So in other words, Windows Update won’t update the BIOS for me?
Correct, old school manual updates at the moment.
Are you on Linux or windows? I made the switch from 3.06 to 3.07 the other day, and had no problems with the update. I have also had zero issues since the upgrade.
I’m on Windows. System information shows I still have BIOS Version/Date INSYDE Corp. 03.02, 7/1/2021
Have you tried following these instructions yet?
No and that brings me to my second question

@john_doe it is fine to upgrade from where you are, to 3.07
