I just received my DIY Framework 12 (obviously, they just came out) as part of Batch 0. It’s an adorable and well-designed device, but it’s not quite a fit for my needs. I’m selling it for the cost of the unit + the cost I paid for storage and memory. I’m eating the Hack Club donation as money well-spent on a good cause, along with the reasonable cost of domestic US shipping. Missed Batch 0? Staring at a long wait time? FW12 is in perfect condition with one exception: there was a small smudge on the soft plastic/rubber gear logo from the factory that turned out to be a faint scratch. I tried to scratch the schmaltz off and immediately put an actual scratch into it with my fingernail. Oops. It’s, uh, called “patina” and it’s cool.
