Hello friends!

I’m excited to announce that @Matt_Hartley has joined the Framework Customer Experience team as our Linux Support Lead! Matt most recently was at System76 providing technical support for all things Linux and will be architecting and heading up what Linux support looks like for Framework now and into the future. We’ll be getting him up to speed quickly and are pumped to have him interacting with all of our Linux-focused Framework customers very shortly. We’ve moved some things around to fast-track what was planned for an early 2023 hire to make sure we could bolster our Linux support across the board.

Nice to have you here, Matt.

I recall a lively discussion last week about how FW needed to think about hiring a Linux specialist. Glad to learn they were a step ahead.

This is a really nice laptop for running Linux.

… Am I correct in thinking you’re the same Matt Hartley who used to co-host the Linux Action Show? That’s some long, deep Linux experience and community outreach experience as well; good choice, Framework!
