Should I be using the 4.x BIOS versions with a Gen 1 RX7700S?
I’m currently on 3.03.
All bios versions should work with that card just fine. It’s all up to you.
Up to you in terms of whether or not to upgrade (I personally like to always be up-to-date with my BIOS) but I assume this is what you’re looking for (they list what changes are included in the BIOS update): Framework Laptop 16 Ryzen 7040 BIOS 4.04 Release STABLE
