I just got this official answer from the support: I checked internally with our team and have been informed that all ports on the Framework Laptop 12 are DP 1.4 and support charging. The left side ports (1 & 2) are USB 3.2 Gen 2x1 while the right side ports (3 & 4) are USB 3.2 Gen 2x2. We will have more information available closer to launch.
