You will likely have to perform a mainboard reset. I couldn’t find the procedure for the Intel 13th gen board, but this is the one for AMD. Suddenly no display on Framework 13 AMD and blinking lights - #6 by James_Bloom. They are the same generation so this may or may not work.
If you want, you could try digging through the forum to see if there are any posts for resetting a 13th gen mainboard.
