FW 16 - not charging [ ne charge pas ]

@Guest47 Long story short :
Disconnect the charger and keep long press on the power button until the laptop shutdown and power on again. This should do the trick to reset the EC and your laptop should start to charge again. If you have absolutely zero battery to power the laptop, let the charger plugged and do the same trick.

:croissant: :fr:

The long story:
Ive got the exact same problem on th 6th june and contacted immediately the support about it. I’m still waiting an answer from them.

As for me it happened suddently with working chargers with usb-if certification. I have a 65w and 100w both USB PD with high quality cables (certified for thunderbolt3/4) and I can assure you, they work pretty fine on any gadjet I have. So I assumed it was an EC bug… I read somewhere on the web that you have to long press the power button to reset the EC controller. I tried and … Bingo ! It worked ! The laptop now charge again.
