In further testing with Fedora 34, on kernel 5.13.12, with the newest mesa drivers available from their repositories, I can boot up while plugged into the CoolerMaster EG200 eGPU fine, and the RX590 8GB in there performs only 15% less than expected when running Unigine Heaven, Blender or Halo MCC. Just thought I would update.
