Hi, I recently purchased a thunderbolt 3 dock, it randomly disconnects every 30sec-5min. I installed the 3.06 bios update that is supposed to help this issue. It helps but does not fix it. I’m running windows 11 on a 12th gen framework 13, has anyone been able to solve this issue?

Unfortunately, there’s not much information in your post to go off and the issue could be any number of things.
Please include what version of windows you are running, the model of dock purchased, what kind of devices are plugged into the dock, etc.
