Account not deleted despite request to support

The support team told me that they had removed my account from the database, but since I am able to post, apparently that wasn’t done, which is more than a little concerning.

The forums and the store are two different platforms if I remember right. Maybe that is not what the OP is asking to have deleted.

Your account is separate from your forum account. It looks like your ticket was waiting on an update from you regarding your username to complete the request, but if you wish to have your forum account removed I can take care of that for you I would just need confirmation from you to do so.
