Can't respond to support

I submitted a request ticket without an acount and when they emailed me I couldn’t respond. I need help since atm My laptop’s batery is unusable so now I have ot batteries in my only device. I even tried opening another ticket Thanks.

If you made an account prior to submitting that additional ticket, then I’d just suggested waiting for a response to that one.

If you have not made an account. I suggest you do so.

Also, if you want to reduce the chance of problems, be sure to use an email with a major provider such as gmail. Not any self-hosted email or company self-hosted email.
