So, my Framework 13 initially had second gen Framework Intel motherboard and it worked great for me for several years.
Last winter I got myself AMD AI 9 motherboard and that new screen that has resolution that does not require fractional scale (I believe 2.8K one). Right after upgrad I noticed some weirdness with video output missing, but I re-connected display connector to mother board, rebooted and it was fine.
But since then time from time laptop turns on but displays nothing. If I plug in external monitor - there would be output there. Few reboots later - onboard display also starts working. While extarnal monitor is plugged in - that is only issue.
But if I don’t have external monitor plugged in - thne sometimes screen freezing and only way to unfreeze it is to close lid to force laptop in to sleep state and then wake it up again. Some days it happens every few minutes and other days - it does not happen at all.
Anything I can do to resolve it? After year of that weirdness I started being really annoyed by it.
