Additional I got an email from Framework to help with setting up the laptop. In includes using the cooler master case or the framework base shell.
This is an welcome improvement (my last two purchases required searching the forum or the website.

Did you have any luck? Mines in Batch 2 and itās been stuck on āRegularoty Reviewā for the past 3 days. Huge disappointment with FrameWork if they canāt sort their paperwork out properly. I have emailed customer support but be certain, their response would be slow. Sorry for this rant but this is the reason why businesses choose well known brands for their PC purchase because they make sure custom delays are not an issue.

Itās the weekend right now. Iām no expert on customs etc but I feel like thatās more likely to be the culprit than a slip-up on Framework.
Have a little faith - theyāre not purposefully delaying shipments or anything. Similar things happened to some of batch 1/2 and that also occurred on the weekend, if Iām not mistaken.

I agree about it being the weekend. You have no idea what is happening at customs but I am sure ona business day things will improve.
Shipping update. I have been fortunate to learn that the item past customs (in Alaska) and reached a regional distribution point. It should be arrive Monday.

Anyone else in Batch 3 who hasnāt been charged yet ? I ordered a Ryzen 5 Mainboard and WiFi card.

Yes, have not been charged myself. Iām sure theyāre still working through it, and itās nothing to be concerned about.
It doesnāt seem that they process payments on weekends (I spend way too much time hereā¦) But, some people in batch 2 were charged last Sunday (the 22nd) so perhaps itās operating on Taiwan weekends?
It seems most people report their payments being processed around 3-6 PM EST on days that payments are processed. Maybe weāll get charged around that time today (or tomorrow?)
Iām antsy to get my upgrade myself, but I think we just need to be patient and let Framework do their thing - bombarding support with requests isnāt going to make anything go faster.

I just got notice that my card got charged and my unit is shipping soon. Located in NJ, USA. Notice received on a Sunday evening.
Also just got charged, Southern US. Ordered May 2nd, DIY.
US, ordered may 7th no charged yet!
US ordered May 6th DIY 7840 no ram no SSD no OS, black bezel and 2x USBC, 2x usbA and just got charged! My ram arrived yesterday and SSD last week!
The customs system is automated, either itās on FedEx/DHL or whoever they use to ship the laptop, or the shipment is actually being held by CBP and they need to examine the shipment.
More likely the former than the latter.
I ordered May 8th, almost same config but 3x usbc, 1x usba, eithernet and the hdmi card. Got the email that says preparing your batch since the 19th.
I ordered 4th of May, just had payment taken.
Not much longer now!
