We all need this,
* Please do not go bankrupt and beat out those existing brands!
* Please do not get acquired by those existing brands!
* Make **AMD Ryzen 7 at least 4800U** PLEASE!
* Make ECC RAM enabled with AMD chip, I believe they allow it!
Me personally have been clicking Youtube and Google over and over for something that are not for my NEEDS,
THEY force us to buy expensive laptops just to get 2 x sodimm slots, or give that option in very low quality builds,
For 1 year now, for reasonable price, Ive been trying to figure out how can I get at least: Ryzen 7 5800 and 2 x sodimm, without discrete GPU, just use INTEGRATED one, good display, good webcam, standard ports, and I dont even ask for thunderbolt port!

Framework product is totally awesome, please make this happen WORLDWIDE and be successfull!

Iām afraid this is an urealistic plea. I mean, not now, but if / when the idea succeeds (i.e. lots of happy customers), the big brands will either copy the general idea (which is, in the wider sense, GREAT!), OR try to buy them out to keep it as a ābrandā in their āstableā. You might just as well ask anyone, ādonāt sell your house / painting / app!!!ā Butā¦ why not? They spent time / effort / money on it, somebody offers them a very good money (thatās what negotiations are for, etc.), and then they decide whether that money offsets that time/effort spent. While I agree with your sentiment of āselling outā, thatās just how it works in all fields
He doesnāt ask for a dGPU. AMD mobile Ryzen is totally realistic, although it does need R&D work for sure. I see many topics asking for AMD. Iām writing this on a desktop Ryzen laptop and would consider upgrading if there was a 15" or 17" Ryzen model.

Yes MAY BE, to me you seem are making analogy similar to: Microsoft and Linux.
Btw, If this brand will make AMD spec, I am considering to turn down that Xiaomi Mi Noteboook Pro 15 2021, 16:10 latest OLED display 5800H 16GB.
Why not make Framework laptop Ryzen 7 5800H or U, 16:10 OLED display?
