[ANSWERED] Will any of the expansion card slot be wired to the GPU?

Sorry if this is already answered somewhere, I was not able to find a clear answer.

I saw this graphic showing what each slot can be used for:

But it is not clear if slots 1, 2 and 4 will actually be wired to the GPU. This is important to me as I have a valve index that I would like to run off the laptop. My previous laptop claimed to support DP out through USB-C but it was only wired to the internal graphics and not the GPU.

Thanks for any help that can be given.

The graphics module has a USB-C port on the back for display output
