Love everything about it…except the weight. It’s not ‘too’ heavy…but definitely heavy. The USB dongle range is off the chart gooood. Audio quality is waaay better than the XM5 (if you don’t need the ANC).

I’m even more confused by your inclusion of “networking stacks”, which doesn’t have much to do with the audio profiles?

@D.H, Bluetooth is a networking protocol. Consequently, I expect that its networking stack has a part to play in determining which profile to use in most implementations.

Linux wants to remember the last profile seen as available from that Bluetooth mac address, and doesn’t like to switch to the main audio A2DP / HSP / HFP very gracefully.

If Windows manages to ascertain whether to use the LE at an appropriate time, that means Linux’s networking stack can do so too.
