Thought I’d mention that I was successful in getting this running on the framework desktop.
I didn’t do a fresh install on this, but I did move my NVMe straight over. I had to turn off SecureBoot, of course, (F2 on startup then select Secure Boot,) and after that I just had to use my Artix boot disk (from 2024) to reinstall the bootloader so that it would pick it up, but aside from that it’s working perfectly. I ran all of my benchmarks that I ran on my old hardware and the GPU works perfectly, along with the Wifi via nmtui. I’m using Hyprland. Not only does everything work, but it actually even has Sensors support for the fan RPM, which my last system didn’t have. The only thing that didn’t work was my Optane Swap drive, but that seems to be a Zen4+ issue not something with the Framework Desktop.
Artix is somewhat similar to Arch so it’s not much of a surprise that everything simply works.
