I can’t turn on the backlight with the fn+space key.
What should I do?

I tried to connect the keyboard and I get these errors:

Apologies for not getting a better pointer. Since then I have been told the backlight should be independent of the OS so maybe an official query to Framework may help, but they are no doubt busy.
So have you | can you try with another Dist or OS to confirm whether or not it is an OS issue. I only have the 13" which is fine with Win 11 and Ubuntu 24.04

I’d like to add that the backlight doesn’t work under Windows 11 either.
During Windows installation, the numeric keypad’s backlight came on. But not the keyboard.
Let me clarify:
- The bios has been updated.
- Your drivers have been installed.
- Windows updates are done.
- I’ve rebooted the PC several times.
