I recently upgraded the mainboard of my FW16 to the HX370 model. Generally, it works fine, but on Arch Linux, there seems to be some trouble with GPU usage. Before, I could select the preferred GPU in programs like DaVinci Resolve Studio, or gaming emulators, and it would be used. Now, I’m not sure what’s happening. I can still select the GPU, but if any external GPU is connected, either the 7700S module, or an eGPU (both Oculink and TB), the performance in these programs is terrible, even if it hasn’t been selected for usage. It also sometimes causes DaVinci to not be able to open an existing project, or just not render any video in the timeline. DRI-PRIME changes nothing.
