Batch 2 got an email today: the rest of Batch 2 will be shipping September 9th, and the whole of Batch 2 delivered before the end of September.
Was that email for Batch 3? I didn’t get any email about Batch 2.
I’m like that they finally send us the email about the delay and they they are going to start shipping the rest of batch 2 on September 9th I really hope to get charged before the 9th, I saw in Reddit that a few percentage of batch 3 was charged I don’t understand how they charge batch 3 when batch 2 is not fully charged yet

In the batch 3 thread, it was mentioned that there’s a certain SKU blocking shipments
this is true, even if we don’t charge a small portion of the batch 3 orders and ship them, this won’t expedite the remaining batch 2 orders, since they are different configurations.
I’m in the same boat (no pun intended) . I’m in a dire need of a laptop for my work and my current laptop is out of order.

I completely understand. I really wanted a framework too. They failed to meet their end of the bargain. I’ve requested a refund and I have a thinkpad p14 on the way. They say it will arrive Tuesday.
Still no response from framework (shocking, I know) on the refund.
Unfortunately, it looks like I may have to go the chargeback route. I started a case with my credit card company yesterday as I’ve gotten no responses in over a week from framework. In a little over 6 hours, if I still don’t get a response, we are initiating the chargeback due to them failing to ship the product after charging the full amount and stating 1-3 business days and the no communication in my help ticket. Hopefully framework will respond so I don’t have to do that as it hurts their relationship with card companies.

On batch 2 of laptop 13 2.8k display, you have the 7840U and 7640U ryzen CPU
Well there are lot of other options, like the keyboard, the bezel color, ram and ssd etc
Lot of things that can block the fullfillment.
