Do NVMe drives have a significant enough difference in power consumption to effect battery longevity?
If so, what would be the best 1TB+ NVMe to preserve the battery without sacrificing performance?

Considering I already have a Sabrent Rocket 4, I’m wondering if getting a P41 is worth the power efficiency or if it’ll only save a couple minutes of battery life
The Anandtech bench is your friend. I haven’t compared myself yet (although I really should), but I expect the difference to not be insignificant. Anandtech hasn’t reviewed the P41 I don’t believe but you can compare the sabrent rocket q4 to the results in the linked article to guestimate yourself.
